We are currently promoting entrepreneurship and economic growth within communities by providing vocational skills trainings among victims of Early teenage pregnancies and young mothers in four sub counties; we are specifically training in Bar soap making and tailoring

With support from the Global Greengrants Fund, we promoted youth participation in environmental conservation and livelihood recovery infrastructure projects affected communities of the Border Export Zone (BEZ) Facilities at Mpondwe Town council, and Lhubiriha hydro-power station at Ihandiro sub county- Kasese District.

Community-Driven approaches to prevent violence against children and adolescents through career guidance events (Benefited over 1000 in school and out of school children and youth) in Kitholhu and Karambi sub counties in Kasese district, a 6 million project funded by community, and members of IGF.

Community actions to prevent and manage trauma and psycho-social issues during the flood disasters in Kasese district by providing food packs (maize flour, sugar, soap, cooking oil, salt, rice and beans) and hygiene items to over 200 households and supporting over 1,200 individuals in Kasese municipality and Kilembe sub county, this was funded by Alliance for community Engagement (ACRE Uganda and YAGANET).

IGF supported 500 girls with reusable sanitary pads in different parts of the district so that they can menstruate with dignity and contribute to the reduction of the escalating cases of Teenage Pregnancy during the Lockdown.

In response to the disastrous flood happened as a result of busting of river banks and subsequent mini assessment carried out by Inspire Girls Foundation (IGF) and Young Agro-Green Africa Network (YAGANET). IGF and YAGANET attracted financial support through ACRE Uganda enabled us to procure foods items and hygiene items. Each package per household included maize flour, salt, cooking oil, rice, beans, sugar and soap. Therefore, we managed supply 690 kilograms of Beans, 230 liters of cooking oil, 1150 kilograms of maize flour, 230 kilograms of rice, 230 kilograms of sugar, 115 kilograms of salt and 230 bars of soap.
We managed to reach 230 households from four refugee camps of Kilembe Valley primary school, Kasese primary school, Kanyangeya primary school and Millennium primary school all in Kasese municipality.
